Owner of freetoursfree.com: Free Tours Free (freetoursfree.com). You can contact us at hello@freetoursfree.com. These terms govern the use of the site; by browsing it you accept them.
2. A free service with no sign-up
Free Tours Free offers self-guided walking routes with articles, maps, audio guides and food recommendations. It is free to use and needs no registration. We may show advertising to fund the project.
3. We are not a travel agency
We do not run guided tours, take bookings or charge for any service. The places we mention (restaurants, markets, taverns) are listed for information only and we have no commercial relationship with them.
4. Your safety on the route
You follow the routes on your own and at your own risk. Watch out for traffic and don’t look at your phone while crossing the road. Respect local rules, private property and places of worship. Opening hours, access and works can change, so check before you go. GPS positions can be several metres out and depend on your device; distances and times are approximate.
5. Accuracy of the content
We research every story from sources and separate documented facts from tradition and legend. Even so, there may be mistakes or out-of-date details. The content is for information only and we cannot guarantee it is completely accurate. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page and we will look into it.
6. Audio guides
Audio guides are generated from each stop’s text with a synthetic voice. If a stop’s audio is not available yet, the site may read the text aloud with your device’s voice.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, design, route maps and audio guides belong to Free Tours Free. You may use them personally and share links freely; reproducing them on other sites or for commercial purposes requires our permission. Photographs belong to their authors and are published under free licences (Creative Commons or public domain); we credit the author and licence for each one, and that licence applies. Maps use data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
8. Links to other websites
We link to external sites such as Google Maps and the sources we cite. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the site working and available, but we cannot guarantee it at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage arising from the use of the site or the information it contains.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
